North Carolina’s Injury Prevention Program helps identify and eliminate hazards. Each employee plays a role in stopping actions that cause injuries and removing unsafe conditions. We care about our employees’ well-being, and we are committed to creating a safe working environment. The Environmental Health and Safety Office encourages every employee to be a Hazard Hero, by identifying and eliminating hazards in the workplace. By taking a proactive approach, employees can help prevent accidents and injuries from occurring and protect themselves and their co-workers.
